Board of Directors vacant position filled at Phoenix5.

On 7-15-04, exactly thirteen months after the death of Robert Vaughn Young,
the creator and webmaster of Phoenix5, the Board of Directors announces the
appointment of Donna Pogliano, Co-author of
A Primer on Prostate Cancer, The Empowered Patient's Guide
to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors
which was created by Robert's death. This is pursuant to Ohio law which
requires that non-profit 501 (c) 3 corporations have a minimum of three
board members.
Currently serving officers Caren Cohen (Young) and Charles Siebert made the
announcement. New board member Donna Pogliano has accepted this
appointment and looks forward to working to preserve and
expand the legacy that our beloved Robert left us.
Subsequent to this announcement, elections were held and current officers are:
Caren Cohen (Young), President/Treasurer
Charles Siebert, Vice President
Donna Pogliano, Secretary
