This was taken from the KelpCam, a camera in the massive salt water aquarium at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla, California. Watching (in real time) a wide variety of fish and sharks cruising in the kelp (seaweed) can be a very tranquil experience. It is also one of the better cams for speed, unless too many people log on.
Sometimes they offer the longer shot, mainly on days where there are divers.
NOTE: The aquarium is lit by the sun and La Jolla is in the same time zone as Los Angeles, so adjust your viewing time accordingly.
