  STAY CONNECTED

(In response to my post of 1/28/00.)

Robert -

Take heart. Been there, done that.

Pray. New stuff coming down the pike almost every month.

Stay connected here, if only so that your judgment will improve.

Ask questions about anything you don't understand, so you'll ask better questions.

Most docs will give you straight answers...if you ask the right questions.

Read everything on the topic you can lay your hands on.

Take TV, radio, print media reports of [PCa] breakthroughs with a grain of salt; wait for the other shoe to drop, in other words, the details. Headlines and teaser ads are not good sources of facts.

Cheer up. You are in for the long haul. Savor the good times.
